What happens during the 14-day trial?+
Every new business gets 14 days at Pro limits: 10 connected sources, the full team, every signal. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged when it ends.
What counts as a connected data source?+
One connection to one set of books: a Google Sheets file, a QuickBooks company, a Xero organisation, Zoho Books, FreshBooks, or Odoo. Reconnecting an existing source does not use another one.
What happens when my trial ends and I have not subscribed?+
Nothing is deleted. Your books stay connected and everything you have stays readable. You just cannot add another data source or invite anyone new until you pick a plan.
Can I switch between plans?+
Yes, in either direction, from the billing page in your settings. Moving to Basic needs you to be within its single-user limit first.
How do I cancel?+
From the same billing page, through the payment portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
